Terms & Conditions To be Followed for Attending an Event
Admissions to the Event is only allowed with a valid Registration number generated after buying a ticket for the Event.
An email confirmation with registration number will be sent to you and your family after the ticket is purchased
In the event that you are unable to attend due to any valid reason, you can cancel your ticket 48 hours before the event start time and you can refund your amount by contacting the Treasurer.
If any changes to the Covid-19 protocol after booking your ticket by the Government or public health, you are free to cancel your ticket for the event by contacting the Treasurer or by online.
If applicable, All the visitors are required to bring in their vaccine passport and also have to follow any restrictions or procedures introduced by the Government.
If you or your family members suspect that you are exposed to COVID 19, please cancel your ticket before the event.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder or any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, is showing Covid-19 symptoms, refuses to wear a mask when required to do so (unless they are unable to do so due to an underlying health condition) that is or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, for any other behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance and annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable request of the Organizer.
The Organizer does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event.
Visitors and participants may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcasting on various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc. or other publications.
Food will be served at the event and any food restrictions or special requirements should be informed to the organizers in advance.
